Summary

Summary

This Project is a Strategic Technology Plan I created for a business called Cloud Chemistry. This is a detailed plan that lays out how the company wishes to operate at the end of the two year plan. It includes adopting new technologies, changing operations, analysis of the current budget and the appropriate changes.

Reflection

This project really brought me outside of my comfort zone. I have never been particularly effective when it comes to careful planning and organization, so naturally when I was asked to create something that relied heavily on both areas, I was terrified. However, After going through the motions, I was eventually able to find my footing and get it done. It also didn't hurt that I chose a business that I am both familiar and comfortable representing. All in all, I was surprised at what a delight it was to finish. It's completion did not come easy to me, as a result, I am proud of the finished product.
